By accessing our website, placing orders, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Vienna Bakery provides baked goods, cakes, pastries, breads, and catering services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are valid as per the date on our menu and are subject to change.
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, cards, or through our online partners (Swiggy, Zomato).
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Delivery

• Orders can be placed in-store, by phone, or through our online partners.
• Delivery is available through Swiggy and Zomato within their respective service areas.
• For catering and bulk orders, advance notice is required (minimum 48 hours recommended).
• Meal boxes require a minimum order of 10 boxes.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Catering and bulk orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Regular orders cannot be cancelled once prepared.
• Refunds are processed at the discretion of management for valid complaints regarding product quality.

6. Product Quality and Shelf Life

• Our plum cake has a natural shelf life of 20-22 days due to minimal preservatives.
• Fresh cream cakes should be consumed within 24-48 hours.
• Breads and buns are best consumed fresh on the day of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Vienna Bakery and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vienna Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
